Cuba

It is interesting that until recently the Internet in Cuba was completely banned. The reasons for this are known. One of them is so that the inhabitants of Cuba would not be able  to find out how the”bad” people live outside their island. Earlier, the Internet could only be used for electronic correspondence. Currently, in the homes of indigenous people in Cuba, the Internet is still off limits, but  foreigners residing in their country are allowed access, although it is still an extremely slow connection. When foreigners come to visit, they may not notice anything, because in many large areas they can see a large number of people who “freely” use the Internet: face-book, face-time or other programs. The goal is  to provide set areas of Wi-Fi, so that when the   foreigners go home they would  tell others of how “freely” the Cubans access the internet.
